Important before you buy

This is a digital educational package, not a physical cabin, materials kit or construction service. Documents are in English; linked videos retain Spanish audio. In YouTube, select English subtitles or automatic translation into English when available. Availability and translation accuracy depend on YouTube and the individual video. English dubbing and live support in English are not included.

Dimensions use the source metric units. Spreadsheet prices are historical Mexican-peso estimates, not current quotations or prices adapted to your country. Local materials, foundations, structural requirements and permits must be reviewed by qualified local professionals.

Choose one configuration and keep its references together

The package includes different configuration options. Component quantities, connector kits, drawings and budgets may vary between examples. Do not mix quantities or fabrication dimensions from different configurations.

Before purchasing materials or ordering CNC cutting, confirm that your bill of materials, connector drawing, units and specifications correspond to the same selected configuration. If the matching set is not clear, contact BikiniHouses before fabrication. Historical budget examples can cover different scopes; use them for orientation and request current local quotations.

Your download includes the 18-file package plus a separate configuration and video note. Some source documents retain their original review notes; the additional note records the configuration clarification without replacing local technical checks.
